MarketingKit is a SaaS platform providing curated access to premium marketing, SEO, AI, design, and productivity tools through a unified dashboard.

2. Account Registration

You must be 18+ to create an account.
You are responsible for your account credentials.
One account per person. Sharing credentials is prohibited.

3. Payments

Premium access requires a paid subscription.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com (Merchant of Record).
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually.
Prices are in USD and include applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

Use the Service for illegal purposes.
Share account credentials.
Reverse engineer the Service.
Use bots or scrapers.
Resell or redistribute access.

5. Third-Party Tools

We provide access to third-party tools. Your use is subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

MarketingKit shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Termination

Cancel anytime from account settings.
We may suspend accounts for Terms violations.
Access ceases immediately upon termination.
