We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with MarketingKit within the first 7 days of your initial purchase, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refund

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • It is within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase.
  • You have not previously received a refund from MarketingKit.
  • Your account has not been terminated for violation of our Terms of Service.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals after the initial 7-day period.
  • Partial month usage (subscriptions are not prorated).
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations.
  • Add-on purchases or one-time fees (if applicable).

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include your registered email address and reason for the refund.
  • We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed through our secure payment processor and Merchant of Record.
  • Refunded amounts will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time.
  • After cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
  • No refund is provided for the remaining time of a cancelled subscription (outside the 7-day guarantee period).
  • Your account data will be retained for 30 days after the subscription ends, in case you wish to reactivate.

6. Disputes

If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension.
